Thus, the legend of X-Calibur began late in the spring of 2002.  From a small number of players that year, two U-19 teams, two U-16 teams, and one U-14 team were created from approximately 60 Athletes.  Today, with a membership of (approx.) 300 athletes, we have eight U-19 teams, nine U-16 teams, five U-14 teams, two U-12 teams, and one U-10 team......the legend has truly grown.

As in the days of old, X-Calibur was a dream… a vision of a place where athletes and their families, no matter what level, could come and be taught not only about the game of field hockey but of life itself. We the founders, and those that have followed, have always believed that life is about the learning and not just the competition and winning.  We believe that to compete at any level the learning has to come first.  Mistakes need to be made.  How we learn and grow determines the future of how we grow into who we will become.  Failure is nothing more than a tool and how we react to that failure and what we do about it in the end determines how our lives will be lived.  If we can do that successfully, in the end we are winners in the game of life.

X-Calibur the legend lives on!
